What We Do

We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop essential skills and build a strong foundation for lifelong success. Our curriculum is built around creativity, leadership, and social-emotional learning, empowering preschoolers ages 2–5 to become confident, curious, and capable individuals.

At TLA, we believe leadership is a lifestyle. Through our play-based, leadership-infused curriculum, toddlers learn decision-making, communication, empathy, and independence.

We use age-appropriate activities that nurture critical thinking and emotional intelligence. Our classrooms are filled with affirmations, encouragement, and purpose. Every part of the day—from snack time to story time—is an opportunity to build character and develop core leadership skills.

We are committed to hiring passionate educators who model leadership and uplift each child’s unique voice. Parents are welcomed as partners, and we celebrate every milestone along the way.

Our Story

Toddlers Leadership Academy was founded by Michael Coates own story. As a single father, he struggled to find childcare that was not just affordable but meaningful. He wanted more than just supervision. He wanted his children to be seen, heard, and developed. Also, he understood the importance of a strong foundation. He saw firsthand how difficult it was to find a place that felt like an investment in his children's future, not just a temporary stop. That’s why he built TLA, to give children a solid start to a bright future with leadership, love, and learning wrapped into one powerful experience.
